40 year design life
As part of a large project to receive LNG and ship natural gas from South Wales into England a 42” pipeline was installed .
NACAP Land & Marine installed the 42” pipeline from Milford Haven to Gloucester.
There was a 1000 metre Horizontal Directional Drill pipe run where polyurethane was used to protect the steel pipe due to the excellent mechanical abrasion resistance properties of this coating.
